Seasonal Clean-Ups are
generally done at the beginning and the end of the
season.
Spring Clean-Ups include raking and removing
remaining leaves from lawn and garden areas that were left
over from the previous Fall. At this time all beds are edged,
shrubs are pruned to remove dead, broken or old wood, and
2"-3" of mulch is spread on all beds.
We can also
aerate, dethatch, top-dress and seed lawns at this time. For
more information on the benefits of aerating, dethatching and
seeding please see the Lawn Maintenance section of our site. A
good Spring Clean-Up will get your property ready for the
upcoming season.
Fall Clean-Ups include raking and
removing leaves after the majority of leaves have fallen,
cutting back perennials and roses, pruning shrubs and
winterizing delicate shrubs. Aerating should also be done in
the Fall. If you are looking for an early colorful display in
your garden, we also supply and plant bulbs of your choice for
Spring color.
